Update
Congratulations to VIRGINIE LE BRUN, who won the peoples
choice favourite Shortland Street character for 2009.
Also Congratulations to KIP
CHAPMAN and his team for the fabulous HACKMAN THEATRE AWARDS. A highly
successful evening, we hope to see them back in 2010!
FILM
TRACKER shot in both the South Island & Auckland
region in 2009. MARK MITCHINSON had a major supporting role in this feature, as
the unpleasant & insolent ÔSergeant SaundersÕ. ROSS BRANNIGAN also makes an
appearance as ÔMurray the BatmanÕ.
ICE was a massive international project shot in NZ
2009. Our cast includes JAIME PASSIER-ARMSTRONG, DANIEL SING, BRIAN MOORE &
CHRIS TEMPEST.
An adaptation of Witi IhimaeraÕs novel NIGHTS IN THE
GARDEN OF SPAIN was also shot. Featuring PATARA BERRYMAN, AMBER CURREEN,
MARGARET-MARY HOLLINS, ANDREA BRUCE & JACQUELINE NARIN.
TELEVISION
THE CULT came to a dramatic conclusion at the end of
2009. Congratulations to all our actors. RACHEL NASH, KIP CHAPMAN, MONISH
ANAND, JAMIE PASSIER-ARMSTRONG, SOPHIE HENDERSON, MARGARET-MARY HOLLINS &
WILLIAM WALKER.
THIS IS NOT MY LIFE will be hitting our TV screens
later this year.
The show stars CHARELS MESURE as Alec Ross a man trying to piece together his life after a case of
Amnesia . . .
The core cast includes STEVEN A. DAVIS as ÔGordyÕ.
Making guest appearances are PETER FEENEY, CELIA
NICHOLSON, SIA TROKENHEIM, RICHARD THOMPSON, SOPHIE HENDERSON, SAMUEL WALSH
& COLIN GARLICK.
OUTRAGEOUS FORTUNE SIX is in the final stages of
shooting.
SOPHIE HENDERSON is playing a new core cast
character. Along with TYLER-JANE MITCHEL & PATRICK WILSON, who make guest
appearances.
GO GIRLS continues to shoot its second series.
The show stars BRONWYN TUREI as one of the flawed yet
lovable Go Girls.
ESTHER STEPHENS makes her dŽbut on NZ television
screens as the new core cast character ÔOlivia DuffÕ.
Major guest cast include ANNIE WHITTLE & STEPHEN
LOVATT.
Also making appearances are CHRIS WIDDUP, STEVEN A.
DAVIS & HELEN CORRY.
SHORTLAND STREET has had an exciting & turbulent
year, we say goodbye to ÔNurse ShantiÕ as NISHA MADHAN makes a grand exit from
the series.
MARISE WIPAN has done a fabulous job with her
controversial story line.
ÔYvonneÕ has betrayed her daughter for the man she
loves, beautifully portrayed by ALISON QUIGAN
VIRGINIE LE BRUN continues as the viewerÕs choice
favorite ÔDr JacobsÕ.
And keep your eyes out for SOPHIA JOHNSON bursting
onto our screens as the feisty & temperamental ÔLoren FitzpatrickÕ

LEGEND OF THE SEEKER continues shooting its second
series. Cast this season include JAMES GAYLYN, GLEN DRAKE, CELIA NICHOLSON,
GINETTE MCDONALD, GILDA PROIETTI & MATT HALLIDAY.
SPARTACUS has finished its first series, we all have
fingers crossed the second series will be confirmed soon. Guests include KEVIN
J. WILSON, JOHN RAWLS, CATHERINE BONIFACE & MARK MITCHINSON.
Gibson Group has just finished shooting its follow up
to the award winning AFTERSHOCK. This new natural disaster dramatization is
called ERUPTION & stars MARK MITCHINSON.
The GHOSTS OF EDEN pilot has now shot with the
following actors - JAMES GAYLYN, KIP CHAPMAN & MARGARET-MARY HOLLINS.
