Jackson Burling is an emerging screen actor best known for playing Andrew in the TVNZ+ comedy Hui Hoppers. He also appears in Not Even (NEON) and the upcoming short films The Chair & SPEW.
Since graduating from Whitireia’s 3-year acting course at Te Auaha in 2022, Jackson has worked consistently across stage and screen. His theatre credits include several professional productions at Circa Theatre, such as Give Way — The Musical and multiple pantomimes.
In 2023, he was nominated for ‘Most Promising Emerging Newcomer’ at both the NZ Fringe Festival and the Wellington Theatre Awards, for his original clown show CAUTION WET FLOOR and his role in Into The Woods.
Jackson continues to develop his skills through regular workshops led by industry professionals across New Zealand and Australia.
