Originally from Tauranga, Jason comes from a musical family where he was encouraged to learn classical piano from an early age. He enhanced his musicianship by studying at Victoria University of Wellington before moving to Auckland in 2002 where he now works as a freelance actor, singer, director, vocal coach and pianist.
